CANCELLATION POLICY
Noble Ways Tours & Travels
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation notice
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Bank fees or currency exchange losses are non-refundable
- Credit card processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
2. Cancellation by Noble Ways Tours & Travels
2.1 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your tour under the following circumstances:
- Insufficient number of participants (minimum group size not met)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, political unrest, etc.)
- Government restrictions or travel advisories
- Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Non-payment of tour fees by the client
2.2 Compensation if We Cancel
If we cancel your tour for reasons within our control (except non-payment), you will receive:
- Full refund of all payments made, OR
- Alternative tour dates or a comparable tour of equal value (credit valid for 12 months)
If we cancel due to force majeure or government restrictions, we will offer a full credit voucher valid for 24 months, but cash refunds may not be available for costs already incurred.
3. Changes and Amendments
3.1 Client-Requested Changes
If you wish to modify your booking (dates, itinerary, number of travelers, etc.):
- More than 30 days before departure: USD 50 amendment fee plus any additional costs from suppliers
- Within 30 days of departure: Subject to availability; may incur substantial costs or be treated as a cancellation
- Changes requested during the tour are subject to availability and full cost
3.2 Name Changes
Name changes on bookings are treated as cancellations. The original booking will be cancelled, and a new booking will be created with applicable cancellation charges.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your tour booking with Noble Ways Tours & Travels. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Client
1.1 Cancellation Charges
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing via email. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written cancellation notice, not the date you decide to cancel.
The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before your tour departure date:
Time Before Departure | Cancellation Charge |
More than 60 days | 25% of total tour cost |
30 to 60 days | 50% of total tour cost |
15 to 29 days | 75% of total tour cost |
Less than 15 days or No-Show | 100% of total tour cost |
Important: The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in all circumstances.
1.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Send a written cancellation notice to: info@noblewaysbhutan.com
- Include your booking reference number, full name, and tour dates
- Clearly state your intention to cancel
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and confirm your cancellation charges
1.3 Refund Processing
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your tour without prior cancellation notice, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost. No refund will be provided for any unused services.
If you arrive late and miss part of the tour, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but no refund will be given for missed services.
5. Partial Cancellations
If you cancel part of your tour (e.g., reducing the number of travelers or days):
- The same cancellation charges apply to the cancelled portion
- Price adjustments may apply if the remaining tour does not qualify for group rates
- We reserve the right to re-quote the tour price for the remaining participants
6. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. Travel insurance may protect you from financial loss due to unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Noble Ways Tours & Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In case of serious medical emergencies, death in the family, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving or reducing cancellation charges at our discretion. Such requests must be:
- Submitted in writing with supporting documentation
- Made as soon as the circumstance arises
- Subject to approval by our management
