Arrive at Paro International Airport with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. After immigration
formalities, meet your guide and drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city.

Descend into the subtropical Punakha Valley.
In Punakha:
Chimi Lhakhang
Visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu
rivers
Short walk to the Suspension Bridge
Explore Punakha town and Kaja Throm
Overnight in Punakha.
After breakfast, drive back west to Paro via Dochula Pass.
On arrival in Paro: Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples
Explore Paro town and local handicraft shops
Evening free to relax and prepare for the festival.

Drive to the picturesque Haa Valley via Chele La Pass (3,988 m)—Bhutan’s highest motorable
pass, offering stunning mountain views.
In Haa Valley:
Lhakhang Karpo (White Temple)
Lhakhang Nagpo (Black Temple)
Scenic valley walks and village exploration
Return to Paro in the evening.
Overnight in Paro.
After breakfast, transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward journey, carrying
